Instructions

1. Twist the host with the gel patch.
2. Peel off the clear film from the gel patch.
3. Stick the instrument on the part that needs to be massaged.
4. Press the “ON/” key to start the machine, the light is always on, press the “ON/” key again to start the machine, the light is flashing.
5. Press the PROGRAM button to select the desired mode.
6. Adjust the massage intensity to suit you. Continue to press ON/ to increase intensity, press OFF/DEL to decrease intensity.
