Shipping is free almost WORLDWIDE on ALL PRODUCTS! For destinations we can’t guaranty a free shipping, your order will not be confirmed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international suppliers and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Please allow 2-4 Business weeks for your order to be shipped. Christmas season is the busiest time of the year, therefore, delivery time frames may increase up to 20 calendar days. Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, these are only estimates.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international supplier, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Shipments between European countries do not incur customs charges. 

However customs duty can be imposed on imported goods between other countries. The charges are based on a number of variables over which we have no control and as such we are unable to tell you of prospective charges due to significant variations from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs charges specific to your country. Usually, there are no custom or tax charges, however, there are always rare exceptions.

Customs fee reimbursement:

If your order is subject to a customs charge you can contact our Customer Services to submit a claim for reimbursement. You will need to pay the customs charge first and provide proof of the charges to successfully claim.

If you cancel and return your order and have incurred a customs charge:

Customs charges will not be refunded in this instance, however, you can contact your local customs office who may be able to support you in claiming a refund directly from them.

If you return your items for a refund after being reimbursed for a customs charge:

We will only be able to refund you up to the total value of your original order and will therefore deduct the already reimbursed customs charge amount from this refund. We will provide you a proof of return in case you’d like to claim back the VAT/TAX from the customs authorities of your country. 

Customs Clearance Delays

Customs clearance is a necessary procedure in permitting goods that are transported to a country. The process normally takes a matter of minutes or hours but it can take longer if the goods are chosen for inspection or during peak traffic times (i.e. Christmas).

Our estimated delivery timescales do not include customs clearing times.
